If there was a “Holy-Grail” list for bass-cabinets – the V2-Goliath would certainly be on the top row!
The company SWR®, found in the 80s by Steve W. Rabe, has produced countless legendary amps and cabinets.
Later, the company was bought by FMIC and sadly closed in 2013 – but still bass players all over the world love
the products, which are just famous for their sound and reliability.
The Goliath-series was released in 1986, and this cab is also loaded with the original PAS® BG1080 (only the 2 bottom
speakers got destroyed by water and have been replaced with 2 Eminence® BP102s)
